The SCS KJW M9 Beretta Outer Barrel to 14mm CCW Adapter is a unique design that allows the use of Tracer Units, Compensators, and other attachments.  The Rear of the Outer Barrel adapter will enable you to glue/JB Weld the unit into place.  We recommend JB Weld for a permanent solution.
