Shipping policy

Domestic Orders

Adrenaline Paintball and Airsoft uses the two (2) most reliable sources for shipping, USPS and UPS, with live shipping rates that can be viewed upon checkout after products have been added to the shopping cart. Most orders are processed, packed, and shipped out within 24 - 48 hours. Under special circumstances, this timeline may be increased due to an influx of orders, special orders, or inventory inconsistencies. Any loss or damage to package(s) that occur en route to customer destinations must be dealt with directly through the carrier. The carrier is the company that assumes responsibility upon pick up of packages from the Adrenaline Paintball & Airsoft facility. We will help with the assistance of resolution, but are in no way held responsible. All transit times are calculated based on carriers' estimated delivery schedules. In cases such as extreme weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances, normal transit times may be affected. In the unfortunate case of these circumstances, neither the carrier nor Adrenaline Paintball & Airsoft will be held responsible and thus cannot offer any type of compensation.

USPS and UPS offer tracking information on all services. The tracking information may be delayed up to 24 hours due to the USPS and UPS updating processes.

 International Orders

We currently do not ship outside of the US.

In-Store Pickup

All orders placed with the "In-Store Pickup" shipping method can be picked up at our physical retail store. Our retail store address is:

This is the only physical location for pick-up!

All customers who select the "In-Store Pickup" shipping method, who are not located within California, will be contacted by phone or e-mail within 24-48 hours to confirm that the order will be picked up from the retail store location.

Adrenaline Paintball & Airsoft will contact and hold orders for 10 days for a response. Thereafter, when no response is received after 10 days, the order will be switched to the least expensive shipping method, and the order will be charged accordingly and shipped or cancelled and refunded.

Pre-Orders / Custom Orders / Special Orders

All pre-order, custom order, and special order items. Any order(s) placed for such items will be processed immediately for verification of funds. Once the funds have been collected, the order will be processed and will be on stand-by status. *Note* If the order contains more than just the pre-order, custom order, or special orders, as a courtesy, we may process and ship out all in-stock items first. This does not apply to international orders. International orders will be processed, packed, and shipped complete.

There is additional information related to pre-orders on the product description page. We try our best to update current information according to the manufacturer's information provided. Based on the information, we will not be responsible for forecasting time frames.

Any orders received with a pre-ordered item will be held and shipped complete. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel a pre-ordered item or an entire order with said item included, then contact us directly via email or phone. We are in constant communication with all the vendors and do our best to supply our customers with current information.

Pre-orders, custom orders, and special orders will be fulfilled in the order received.

Split Orders

To all of our customers, we offer split orders at no additional fee. If an order is placed that has an item(s) that are out of stock or on pre-order, then we will ship what item(s) are available and split the balance. The remaining item(s) will be shipped as soon as it is received. There are no additional fees for shipping the split order, and the shipping method will be at our discretion.

Returns

In the event you need to return a product, please read our entire procedure so we can expedite your return process. All returns must meet the following requirements.

  • Any item eligible for return must be brand new, factory sealed, and unused.
  • There are no returns on any Paintballs, Custom, Special-Ordered, Discounted, and On-Sale Items.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of placing the order.

If your item is eligible for return, please call Adrenaline Paintball & Airsoft at (310) 817-5196 (Tuesday-Friday 1 pm-6 pm PST) to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). If a return package is received without an RMA#, the package will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense. When calling and requesting an RMA#, you will have the option of an exchange or a refund.  Refunds will be processed on the credit card or PayPal account that was used for the transaction. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you have received an incorrect item(s), please contact us immediately so we may rectify the issue promptly. We will issue a call tag with an RMA# and ask that you return the item using the shipping service and label we provide. Please make sure to secure the contents so that the merchandise is not damaged during transit, and to include the shipping packing slip and receipt in your package. Once the return is received, inspected, and processed, we will ship you the correct item ordered.
