Airsoft AEG Tappet Plates

The main purpose of an airsoft AEG tappet plate is to synchronize the gearbox cycle with BB feeding by controlling the movement of the air nozzle. It acts as a link between the sector gear and the air nozzle, retracting the nozzle to allow the next BB to load and then pushing it forward to seal the hop-up chamber before the next shot. Purpose

• BB Feeding: The tappet plate is responsible for correctly timing the loading of each BB from the magazine into the hop-up chamber.

• Cycle Timing: It ensures that a BB is loaded into the hop-up chamber just before the piston is fired and the air is released to propel the BB.
