A paintball HPA (High Pressure Air) fill nipple assembly is the crucial valve and port on your air tank that allows it to be refilled with compressed air from a fill station, featuring an internal one-way check valve to hold pressure in the tank while preventing air from escaping, protecting the system from dirt and debris. 

Key Functions:

• Air Intake: Provides the connection point for the fill hose from a compressor.

• One-Way Flow (Check Valve): An internal mechanism ensures air only goes into the tank, not back out, sealing the tank during and after filling.

• Debris Protection: Often includes a cover (or is designed to accept one) to keep dirt, mud, and paint from clogging the valve and damaging the regulator or marker.

• Connection Point: Uses a standard 1/8 inch NPT fitting to link with fill station adapters.
