Bob Long Marq Gen 1 4C Eye Set

The Bob Long Marq Gen 1 4C Eye Set is a replacement breech sensor to prevent the bolt from chopping paintballs and increasing the sustained rate of fire (ROF). 

• Anti-Chop Function: The eyes use infrared (IR) sensors to detect if a paintball is properly staged in the firing chamber. If a ball is not fully in place, the eyes prevent the marker from firing, which avoids the bolt from chopping or breaking paint inside the breech. 

• Improved Firing Speed: The 4C system, an upgrade from the standard 2C eyes, uses two sets of eyes (4 total sensors) to predict loading times better. The upper eye detects when a ball is entering the breech, while the lower eye confirms it is fully seated. This electronic timing adjustment eliminates wasted time in the firing sequence, allowing the marker to fire at its peak rate of fire, especially in uncapped firing modes.

• Prevents Breech Bounce: The advanced electronics technology helps prevent "breech bounce," a situation where the ball bounces slightly within the breech after loading, which can cause misfires or chops in less advanced systems. 

In essence, the 4C Eye Set provides reliable and faster operation by ensuring a paintball is correctly loaded before the firing cycle completes, allowing for a consistent and high rate of fire without breaking paint.
