Empire AXE Bolt Guide Lock Detent Ball

The Empire AXE Bolt Guide Lock Detent Ball (part #72343) is a small component that functions as a locking mechanism for the bolt guide assembly. 

Its primary purpose is to:

• Secure the bolt guide within the marker body to ensure it does not move or come loose during operation.

• Allow for easy, tool-less disassembly of the entire bolt assembly for cleaning and maintenance. By pushing an external button, the detent is disengaged, and the user can twist and pull the bolt assembly out of the rear of the marker. 

The detent is typically part of a three-piece kit that also includes a spring and a button (part #72341 for the full kit). When installed correctly, this system ensures the bolt is held in place securely during play but can be quickly accessed for routine upkeep.
