Located at the rear of the marker's bolt system, the bolt cap contains the adjustment screw used to fine-tune marker velocity. The MINI GS manual confirms that the hex screw in the bolt guide cap serves as the marker's velocity adjuster and is adjusted using a 3/32-inch hex wrench.
