The Empire MINI GS Upper Sensor Board controls the marker's eye system and trigger switch, which are crucial for its anti-chop and firing detection functions. This board detects if a paintball is loaded in the breech, uses the trigger to register a pull, and enables the marker's firing mechanism while ensuring consistency and preventing chops. 

• Eye System: Houses the "break beam" eye sensors that prevent a ball from being fired if there isn't one loaded in the breech. This prevents paintballs from chopping.

• Trigger Switch: Contains the microswitch for the trigger, which registers when the trigger is pulled.

• Firing Control: Combines the information from the eye system and trigger to tell the marker's firing system when to shoot, ensuring reliable performance.

• Indicator Light: Also houses the LED indicator, which provides visual feedback on the marker's status, battery life, and trigger pull.
