The Empire Resurrection Autococker 3-Way Spool Shaft controls the air flow that operates the marker's pneumatic ram, which is responsible for the cocking and firing cycle. It acts as a valve that redirects low-pressure air; when the trigger is pulled, the shaft shifts to push the ram backwards, cocking the marker, and when the trigger is released, it reverses the air flow to push the ram forward, preparing the gun to fire again.
