The Empire Resurrection Autococker 3-Way Shaft O-rings create a proper pneumatic seal inside the 3-way spool valve, allowing it to efficiently control and redirect the flow of low-pressure air to the paintball marker's pneumatic ram. This control is essential for the Autococker's recocking cycle.
• Airtight Seal: Prevents air leaks within the 3-way valve, which is crucial for consistent performance and efficiency.
• Air Transfer Control: The o-rings are situated on a sliding shaft (or spool) inside the 3-way body. As the trigger is pulled and released, the shaft moves, and the o-rings seal different air passages to direct air from the Low-Pressure Regulator (LPR) to either the front or the back of the pneumatic ram.
• Actuation: This redirection of air pressure causes the ram to move the back block and bolt assembly backwards (cocking the marker and allowing a new paintball to load) and then forwards (closing the bolt and returning the marker to the ready-to-fire position).
• Performance and Maintenance: Empire uses specific o-rings to facilitate a faster pneumatic switch time and make replacements easy to find. The 10-pack provides multiple replacements for routine maintenance or repairs of worn o-rings.
Without these seals, the 3-way valve cannot effectively cycle the marker's mechanics, leading to performance issues such as leaks, inconsistent firing, or complete failure to cock the marker.
