G&G AEG Gearbox Power Spring (GG09-18)

The G&G AEG Power Springs provide increased muzzle velocity (FPS), with the benefit of durability and consistent performance due to their high-carbon steel construction and variable pitch. They can dramatically increase an AEG's power, but this upgrade is often best paired with other reinforced parts like a metal spring guide and bearings to handle the added stress and prevent premature wear or breakage. 

Primary benefits

• Increased velocity (FPS): Upgrading to a higher-grade G&G power spring can significantly increase your airsoft gun's muzzle velocity, allowing it to hit targets at longer ranges. For example, an M120 spring provides approximately 380-410 FPS, while an M140 spring can reach 440-480 FPS.

• Durability and consistency: These springs are constructed from tempered high-carbon steel with a variable pitch, which is built to last and maintain tension over time for consistent performance. 

Important considerations for installation

• Compatibility: While these are high-quality springs, it's crucial to ensure compatibility with your specific AEG gearbox.

• Reinforced components: A stronger spring puts more stress on other internal parts. For best results and reliability, it is highly recommended to also upgrade to components like a metal ball bearing spring guide and metal bushings to support the increased power.

• Professional installation: For those who are not experienced with airsoft gun maintenance, it is recommended to have a professional technician install the upgrade.
