The Guarder Bore-Up Polycarbonate AEG Piston Head is a reinforced compression-system upgrade designed for compatible Guarder and Systema-style bore-up AEG cylinder systems.

Constructed from polycarbonate with rubber sealing components, the piston head incorporates a thrust bearing and a custom 6-hole ventilation design. The vented face helps pressure expand the piston-head O-ring against the cylinder wall during compression, supporting a consistent air seal.

Guarder also positions the polycarbonate version as producing a softer, quieter operating sound than its aluminum counterpart while maintaining durability during rapid and prolonged firing.
