Match the bucking to your chamber

The extended design supports the seal between the bucking and inner barrel as part of the PSS10 chamber system. That system allows compatible AEG-cut inner barrels to be used in a VSR-10 build; this bucking should not be treated as a universal replacement for a stock VSR-10 hop-up rubber.
