The WGP Autococker Replacement STO Ram Shaft Assembly is an internal component of the pneumatic ram. It controls the physical movement of the ram's piston, which in turn actuates the marker's cocking mechanism.

Pneumatic Control: The shaft is the internal moving part within the ram housing that interacts with the air pressure supplied by the 3-way valve.

Mechanical Actuation: When the trigger is pulled, the 3-way valve redirects low-pressure air, causing the ram shaft/piston assembly to move backward.

Cocking and Reloading: This backward movement pulls the pump arm, which in turn pulls back the bolt and cocking rod assembly. This action cocks the hammer (setting the main firing mechanism) and allows a new paintball to drop into the breech.

Reset: When the trigger is released, the 3-way exhausts the air from the rear of the ram, allowing the shaft to return to its forward position, which closes the bolt and makes the marker ready to fire again.

Replacement Part: As a replacement part, it is to replace a bent shaft (which causes binding) or degraded O-rings that can no longer be serviced.

Essentially, the ram shaft is a critical moving piece of the pneumatic system that translates the air signal from the 3-way into the physical motion required to cycle the Autococker paintball marker.
